Studio B's control room has room for one multitrack and several
mixdown machines, and sports a 36-input Neotek
Series II. The console has been extensively modified for
flexibility, but the audio circuits have been left as they were
made.
Most of the interconnection flexibility described in Studio A applies to Studio B, with
the exception that it is a bit more cumbersome to have a large
outboard workstation or second multitrack added to the existing
multitrack. It is certainly possible to wire another multitrack or
multichannel system in place of the multitrack, but the desk and tie
lines are not made to accommodate a large number of channels.
