list every job you have ever had

First source of income: Price tag assembler for a furniture store that my mom knew the owner of. Guess she wanted me to learn the value of tedious soul-crushing work. Basically, I tied strings onto price tags that would eventually be hung on the merchandise in the showroom - I got $3 for 100 tags. I guess they couldn't be bothered to do this themselves! Honest to god, even at 10 years old I knew I this was really fucking lame. One day my hesher pothead older brother and his hesher buddies helped me assemble about a thousand of these damn things so they could get money to buy weed.

Then, it was:

Paper boy San Francisco Examiner - this paper was so unpopular that one week I had no more than 5 or 6 subscribers
Dishwasher/Busboy at a steakhouse - fired for mouthing off
Dishwasher at a deli
Telemarketer
Salesperson, Miller's Outpost clothing store - forced to quit
Busboy at an Italian restaurant
Camp Counselor
Concessions/tickets/projection booth at a movie theater
Camp Counselor again
Cook at a cheese steak shop
Concessions/tickets/projection booth at a movie theater again
Camp counselor again
Cook at a cheese steak shop again - quit after one day
Coffee jerk Starbucks Walnut Creek CA
Coffee jerk Starbucks Portland
Coffee jerk Starbucks San Francisco (you could pretty much transfer to any store you wanted if there was an opening)
Admin person, Societe General de Surveillance (SGS)
Coffee jerk Nordstrom
GIS Intern Environmental Trust
GIS Intern City of San Diego
Digital Map Editor in Portland - over 7 years now. Christ!

in highschool i used to go to hillcrest video on tuesdays to see this sweet guy who worked there, until some other dude told me i was banned for not returning reanimator after a long period of time.

nowadays i found out they send christmas card style letters in the mail that say "havent seen you in awhile" and you can turn in the card for a free rental.

I would love to read that thread. It would either be really interesting or really sad and boring. I'm hoping the people on the board are really exciting... I guess I'll just have to pretend for now.

I haven't really had all that many. Add a couple of bouts of odd jobs here and there and this should be complete:

grocery store bagger/stocker - quit when given the ultimatum, haircut or fired.

library clerk/shelver - once jerked off in the stacks out of boredom.

rural newspaper deliverer - gravel roads and lots of mobile homes, yee fucking haw

brick mason's assitant - not much sucks more than mixing mortar with a hoe then carrying buckets of it up 4-story scaffolding in 100 degree weather for $5/hr.

picking/shipping in book warehouse - heard tales of people finding $100 bills hidden in used book. I mostly found odd photographs. One was even topless.

receiving/stocking in college book store - wanna get called a dick while working? buy some textbooks back from rich kids.

content editer/manager for major website selling musical instruments - probably the best job I ever had (7 years) and the only one I was ever canned from.

warehouse web order picker - PaperSource might be the only evil company I've ever worked for.

billing manager for community mental health center - amusing stories almost daily.
