Man, one of Cheez-It's best qualities is the depth of flavor and aftertaste it gives you without resorting to adhesive flavor powders. I won't argue with the taste of White Cheddar, but you might as well dip into some Cheetos.

Much better. I think if I had to pick one crappy snack for life it'd be Cheez-Its.

Yeah I know, it's horrible. Imagine a Frenchy boy who hates cheese. In fact this is one of the reason I want to leave France. Too many cheese fanatics out there. Last time they attacked me with some camembert.

And I love only one thing in relation with cheese. Primus records Sailing the Seas of Cheese.

EDIT : as a large number of EA members are from USA, how do you eat cheese ? Do you eat it like the french do ? Or in stuf like cheez it or cheese taste biscuits ? (not exactly biscuits but aperitif biscuits)

i like blues like roquefort or stilton. usually waltz into whole foods market or some such and let them direct me. anything that is especially pungent, earthy, funky etc. typically pair i'll pair cheese with craft beer or rustic breads.

but i'll eat some decidedly low-brow cheese, too, and often do.

Yes. Here, lots of people eat cheese everyday but there is two schools.
The one which are buying low price cheese (because as everyone eat cheese, it is quite expensive to buy) and the ones which are eating rustic cheese with traditional taste. It's kind of a handcraft. But it is also more expensive.
But everybody eat cheese here. Everyday, at every meal.

It's the first time I speak about food in the internet. It's weird to do that on Electrical audio's forum. And in English...

That is very nice. I must admit I'm a lucky man because my mother, grand mother and my girlfriend cook atonishingly well. On the other hand, I'm a bad cooker. But I eat like a pro.
My girlfriend's family lives in the countryside, in a little village (when I say little, it's 100 people) and they have chicken, ducks and all these kind of stuff plus some friends of the familly who are breeding pigs and cows. So my GF knows exactly how to cook all the meats. But guys, even if I like lots of buzarre edible stuff, I can't eat everything. Can you imagine yourself eating a pig's heart ? Or some Pig's lungs ?

Not sure if you've had them, but Remy, not liking cheese would not necessarily keep you from liking Cheez-its. They do not taste like cheese. I don't know how to describe them, except that they are crap.

And yeah, I would probably fuck up a pig heart and lungs. Bring it on.

I'd eat the fuck out of pig heart. Lungs, probably.

The concentration of Chicago people on here, really, will mean a lot of people who will eat basically all parts of an animal. Good restaurants in Chicago involve a great deal of nose-to-tail eating.

Woh, so Chicago seems to be a great town.
And @IIIIIIIIIIIIIII : yes but really, when I know there is cheese, I can't eat it. It's like a pathology. I'm cheesophobiac. (nice new word)
