The MISTER DUDE album is out. I didn't feel like making a thread just for it, but here it is. I hope you like it.

Stoked to say that Laurium's second record “Future Ghosts” is done.

Thanks to FM Nate Dort for mixing, and to FM Chris Goosman for mastering.

We hope some of you like it.

[EDIT: Album is now out.]

Heh, ahhh...this is great for the liner notes alone : ) And the music is pretty awesome too!

This grabbed me. Very personal and you must have worked really, really hard on it. It's very visual music to me.

This stuff is very good, i'm really enjoying.

I have some songs with octavated chords in open tunings (mainly C and D) close to some of these, never played it with drums or basses but I like a lot the mixture and maybe I'll try.

Congrats.

This is a single take live improvisation I recorded last night, practicing for a solo show I'm doing this weekend. It's kinda long.

I think maybe it's 'noise'? Not sure, the complete absence of Nazi and/or serial killer content may be disqualifying. It's noisy anyway.

I found a cassette of the very first band I was in back in 94/95 and put it on Bandcamp. It is mostly terrible, but "I Kill For A Human Skull" is still kinda got some feet under it if you ask me.

I like it, Mason. It's a bit too drinkable for my taste, but a nice record anyway. The singing is really good on it.

Nah I get what's meant by that. I like that quality in our music, though. Thanks Lu!

OK. I actually listened to the record. ;-)
Lu, do you mean it's super laid back, like a bunch of folks having a few beers and playing some songs? If so, I can totally see that. I like that adjective and will probably be using it myself in the future. Cheers?
