WHALES (Original line-up with Allen Sears/bfields guitarring and Matt Engstrom/matte on keys)/NONAGON/THE COLUMBINES

We're saying goodbye to Mike Janas and his partner, Cat, who are moving to South Carolina. It'll be a fun, drunky evening, plus, Al's back for one last performance. Set time machine to prf-circa 2010. Thank You.

Did you attend? I went and enjoyed it quite a bit. Solid show. The biggest shock for me was not having been in that part of town for 15 years. Holy cow, indeed.

Due to upcoming surgery and post-care Maigin won't be able to play the show. It sucks big time, but we're soldiering-on with Mark Shippy taking over for her guitarring duties. It is my hope that everyone else playing that night will sequester themself in a bomb shelter until time for the show.

Update that doors on Saturday night open at 7pm sharp; we're doing it quick and dirty. Whales will also be pair with John Upchurch from The Coctails to kick-off our set.
