The last bit of "Bible Silver Corner" off of Rusty by the rock n' roll band Rodan is one of my favorite musics ever.

And it's part of one of my favorite songs ever.

You know, "do do do do do do do ee ooh do"

That part.

Written by the drummer!

Best part of Goodfellas, too.

King Crimson had good codas. Here's some weird youtubery pairing it with some Man Ray film. Be sure to toke up beforehand.

The coda starts around the 7 minute mark if you can't stomach KC (or Man Ray)...

The best coda in the world ever is the one from "The Workplace" by Jim O'Rourke.

Beyond awesome.

Duk Koo Kim by Sun Kil Moon.

Also, the old AmRep band Lowercase had a few songs with excellent codas (can't recall the song titles, but they're songs from "Kill the Lights" and "The Going Away Present."

The one that came to mind immediately was Swans' "Young God."

That and "September Gurls," if it has one. I think it does. "O My Soul" kind of does.
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.

In the someday, what's that sound.

You sure you don't mean "Baby Huey?" Because that coda destroys.
