I'm just impressed he actually got roster players back. Plus they have three first-rounders next year, at least one of which could possibly maybe be moved for a backup goalie and/or a 35-year-old grinder (rumor is they send the Kings' pick from the JJ trade back to them for Bernier).

Real interested in what happens with Nash. I think he's going to have a much better season, as will the Rangers generally. Good on 'em.

Guess we won't be seeing Kovalchuk/Weber go at it six times a season ala the old battles Lindros/Stevens had, but I'm glad hes staying out of the division (for now). I like Shea Weber a lot as a player and would have been bummed to see him suffer the same fate Eric Desjardins did, a slow death on the Flyers blueline.

from all the khl footage i've seen the quality of hockey is way lower than that of the nhl. the ahl and similar leagues would be a better and easier option.
