So I went to the Clippers/Grizzles game last night in LA. Blake is really something to see in person. Just wild.

This was a great regular season, but let's bring on the playoffs!

Playoff predictions? I'm going with Lakers vs. Miami, though my backup (and hopeful) Finals would be OKC vs. Chicago.

What I want: Lakers v. Boston.

What I would bet on: Lakers v. Chicago. I think....

Miami can't get past the Bulls. I just don't see it happening. If things stack up to where another team takes the Bulls out, maybe Miami goes farther than I think they will, but I'm just not seeing it.

As a Laker fan, the concerns are obviously OKC and the Spurs. I'd still take the purple and gold in a seven game series over any team in this league.

In the end, ABM all the way. (Anybody But Miami). Seriously, fuck Miami.

What am I saying? How could I want Boston to get farther than a team I actually like (the Bulls)? I want Lakers v. Bulls in the finals.

But still, ABM.

This is weird because you have way the best team in the East going down in the 2nd round.

Have you guys seen the Bulls play? D. Rose gets all the credit for good reason, but it's a damn good team. A refreshing lack of ego too. Don't give a shit about the west, but I hope to not have to play OKC in the finals.

Dream final would be Bulls vs Spurs, but I'd settle for the Celtics in the East, too. Really anyone but the Lakers would be nice.

EDIT: Or the Heat. Anyone but the Lakers and Heat.

I get that you guys hate the Lakers. Please don't lump us in the same category as the Heat, though.

I have never hated Jackson coached teams. Those are hard working, well balanced, fundamental basketball teams. And hating/not liking KB is soooooo 2004. Get over it.

With Bynum going down and surely affecting his game I don't see Lakers beating the Spurs. Spurs match up really nicely with Bynum in, way better with Bynum out.

And Also, I have always been fond of hated teams so I don't hate the Heat that much. I see them playing Bulls in East Finals.

Lakers in five in the finals against Chi or Mia.

Bynum's going to be fine. Unless you know something I don't.
The 2010 Celtics were better than the current Spurs, and we beat them with a dilapidated Bynum.

It's by no means a slam dunk--if the Lakers play the Spurs, I see it going to 7 games and getting nasty. Could go either way, really.

However, if I had to pick an upset out of the West in the first round, I could see Memphis pulling it off.

I have, love the Bulls, but their record is inflated by playing the worst division in the league. The same can be said for the Lakers to a degree.

GREAT day for the haters. I love it. Killer 3 by Ray-Ray and a monster game by Chris Paul. These things make me happy.
