I wish I could tell you, but it's been the same one for a week now.

I recently picked up an old iPod and loaded it with a bunch of stuff, just keep it on random. This song came on and the coda was wonderful, but I was driving and kind of zoned out, so I didn't bother to check what it was. Thought it was Blur for some reason, but I don't think it is.

I may actually try to record it from memory and see if you guys can help me out.

The I-Pod in my head keeps playing Joe Walsh songs (!!!), so I loaded the garage cd player with a Joe Walsh cd mix I made a long time ago....I am now buffing/scrubbing the headlight lens on my car to brighten them up...Listening to Joe Walsh...

Daniel's Blues by Strand of Oaks. Stuck on a loop - particularly the line:
"oh, who will i call? chevy's an ass and gilda's got a cold..."

'Family Tradition' by Hank Williams Jr.
but covered by the 4 freshman.

also in this dream there was a custom bass guitar with built in speaker...looked like cross between GWAR and Pfunk custom aesthetics but had setting for synthesized scat-singer

if anyone knows of a scat pedal I want one

"Love Take Me Down To The Streets " by Wings.
It's been molesting my brain for about a week now. I sing it in the shower, on my bike, in bed. Someone please put me down.

I woke up with “Journey In Satchidananda” in my head. It was nice. Thought about it all morning.

Would it make you feel any better if I told you the song wasn't by Wings? It's the Paul McCartney guy from the Beatle tribute band Rain. He's the best fake Paul besides the guy in the band Liverpool, who doesn't look like Paul, but sounds like him.

It is a catchy tune.

I like the Beatles.

No , I'm not offended that it's Wings. That is a good question , though.
I guess I'm offended by my own expectations of something to always blow me away aesthetically. Anything below that line is deemed kinda worthless. As I age , I realize that that there's all kinds of good food.
It doesn't always have to be steak.

^as long as theres more than just wings, you're safe. otherwise that line of thinking is where the problem starts, getting into lesser quality music.

i met a dude once that loved radiohead and thats great, no offense, but its all he could get into. he didnt think anything was greater and i rememebr thinking i guess radiohead is pretty good but after awhile youre like, ugh i need more in my life than radiohead. some folks can live off of chicken for every dinner but some folks just cant live without needing that perfect taste of steak, thats what makes great finds... so great to find :)

why bother having wings stuck in your head when theres more to life? theres more to life than radiohead and theres certainly more to life than wings. i dont think they want love taking them down to the streets, its kinda dangerous there. i think love would be rolling up the windows trying to not get shot in the streets haha

okay butt, after all that haha... jeepers its not fair if i dont tell you guys what mediocre ass song has been stuck in my head all day, that total song thats always just playing mildly in public places being sad at me. i mustve heard it somewhere yesterday and now im just... i think the worse a song is thats stuck in your head, the bigger you should just shamelessly sing it out while folks are blowing leaves in the backyard all day and stuff

aww the music video someone made was kinda cute though. feels like a fun dip into mediocrity.

haha you guys remember fun dip? its like they made doing lines of coke a candy and you just pour your rainbow sugar'caine line out and snort it into your mouth and enjoy the wild sugar high experince. haha what a rush

The last couple of mornings is has been Expressway to Yr Skull. This is good.

The few before that it was whatever that big single of the Offspring's from the mid 90s. This is less good. It was playing at a pub the other night, and I knew that it would get stuck in my head because it sounds like it was written by an advertising firm. Damnit.

It was great, until Christopher Cross found his way into my head. It got windy outside.
