Jeremy Enigk - Return of The Froq Queen
Braid - Frame and Canvas
Shiner - Starless
Bluetip - Join Us
(serious 90's kicks)

...and a recent find, this awesome newer band from Australia - Empat Lima (Satu BOOM!)

Their love of SE Asian jams melds into this nice little EP. Recommended : https://empatlima.bandcamp.com/

I'm on an old metal kick right now, seeking respite from the 50 odd pop songs I need to memorize for some upcoming gigs:

Vio-lence - Eternal Nightmare
Terrorizer - World Downfall
Exodus - Bonded by Blood
Entombed - Wolverine Blues
Exhorder - Slaughter in the Vatican

The Exhorder album, in particular, rules. I only heard it for the first time a few weeks ago.
