Today I've found Harpsychord is the most Rock like instrument ever made. Harpsichord is made for that old kind of rock 4/4 rock, you could buy or made a Travis Bean or an EGC and chain it with an harmonic percolator to a plus 50w amp. But you won't sound like a Harpsichord.

Harpsichord music is old rock music. J.S. Bach and his later Bach family were engineers working on a classified project of God. Bach invented noise-rock much years after the words noise and rock were put together.

My band's name will be Hard Psycho Rd. or something less suitable.

Jimi Hendrix was spreading the gospel of rocking the fuck out with a harpsichord some 50 years back.

To be fair, the harpsichord is basically just a keyed guitar... a "keytar," if you will.

Since you are dissolving the idea in "it's already invented", "hendrix did it and he died by his vomit" and now "it's a guitar with keys" and I feel defeated, I'll put some martin strings on my acoustic guitars to feel the spatiality of the white noise decay on my pickings. worst thing is I can have eargasm at a JS Bach compositions on harpischord but if i have to play them, that would sound like a fap with premature ejaculation. If anyone knows some strings that make more white noise than the Martins, I'm all ears.

what’s it called when you get electrocuted but didn’t die? electrocutie? i just was laying in my room listening to james taylor thinking of disappearing for awhile and boom a firework pops out of my phone charger and burns my st anthony necklace chain into my neck and there’s a small fire and I’m like wtf?

i unplugged the power strip and my chain melted but is still intact and my neck just looks like someone choked me but there wasn’t a whole big fire so good thing.

im gonna tell everyone at the super bowl party it’s a hickey so i look cool in front of the south side guys, otherwise my dads friends will say it first and laugh all night about it, stooges haha

Saw the pics on Facebook. You both look great, and very happy. Congrats, fellow Scot-PRFer

That is some crazy shit! Glad you're OK. I guess you could say that you got a shock, sounds like current was running through you for a moment there. But definitely not electrocuted - that implies death.

Fuckin' A! Congrats!

Today's little detail/first world problem is that I have too many Jay Ryan prints or more accurately, because one can never have enough Jay Ryan prints, I have a lack of walls
I was looking out the PRF favourite 'Gotcha (I promise)' as I'm going to hang it in what will be our forthcoming baby's room. I was checking the Bird Machine shop and saw the beautiful Hum poster which features glow-in-the-dark ink, and thought that would also be a great one to put in the nursery, and while searching for 'Gotcha', found I had already ordered it when it came out and stashed it away in the tube. What an idiot. Now gotta get these guys framed and up on the wall. I guess I have three weeks or so before the baby arrives, and a few more weeks before its eyesight is developed enough to focus more than a foot away, so time is on my side...

Jay Ryan must really love Hum because all of his Hum posters are ridiculous! Gorgeous stuff! I've never seen the one you just posted. It's great!

Congrats dude! I don't think I read this elsewhere if you posted it.

And you're already on the right foot into some quality dadness w/ that poster.

This is still one of my favorite things that's ever happened.

When my daughter was a little over three, I would point to the different characters on this poster and say "Who is that, sweetheart?"

"That's mommy."

"And that?"

"That's Houston."

"And who is that?"

"That's you, daddy."

"And who is that flying down from the sky?"

"That's MEEEEEEEEE!"

I wish I had that on film. So sweet.

I'm at my regular place. A white-bearded man I've never seen was chatting up one of the bartenders about her recent trip to New Zealand. I couldn't quite stifle my laughter when he asked her, "Did you go to Hobbiton?"

Still cleaning house.
Took an old desk and chair up to the Salvation Army to donate.
Left with an Al Stewart record and a Rick Bayless cookbook. Seems like a fair deal!

Booked tickets to come back to the States for the first time in over six years today.
Coming back with my family. Still sounds real weird, my family. Holy shit.

My dad is in memory care now. His condition has stabilised somewhat for the moment and he is dealing with everything with a lot of patience and trying to stay positive. He'll meet my son soon if everything stays alright. Going to be intense to see my crazy family but I'm happy.
