Turns out, the input is routed through several normally closed contacts on isolated tin 1/4'' TRS connectors for loop send/return, parallel ins. Look at this shit.
The connections, most of them never used, oxidize and undermine the unit. Thankfully they aren't pricks about it, and will upgrade the box with gold plated connectors on the cheap.
