Rickenbacker 3001, 33.5" scale. I got this on a trade, but it is kind of redundant with the other basses I own. The neck was busted when I got it, but I had a luthier glue it back right. You can't feel it when playing it. There was a previous repair to the heel/joint area that is stable. The bass roll off pot is not hooked up. Just the treble knob, which acts like any standard tone knob, and volume knob. Sounds like a aggro Ric/P-bass hybrid and plays just fine. Case included. I have more pics. PRF price is 700 obo plus shipping.

This would match the Rickenbacker 430 I have coming to me, wouldn't it.

I think "black dove" actually refers to the name of their P90 pickups. I seem to recall them calling that back with the Fender Aerodyne, etc.

Unsolicited Tele advice: I played a Squier Vintage Vibe Tele (or whatever they are called) at Rock and Roll vintage recently and was pretty blown away how great it felt and played. I think it might have been one that was a couple of years old. Rich might know. It was butterscotch and was in one of the isolation rooms. Pickups weren't great, but not too bad. Totally recommend that guitar on the cheap!
