Carrey I suppose can be funny. He's almost more akin to Robin Williams or something. I don't know if he writes much stuff.

Advantage: Agassi

I forgot about that fact. That fact just ate all my waffles.

I also liked Stiller's turn on "Extras" as an egomaniacal director.

Stiller: Do you know who I am?
Gervais: No, are you Starsky or Hutch?
Stiller: Is that supposed to be funny?
Gervais: You tell me, you were in it.
Why do you make it so scary to post here.

"The H is O"- damn that was an awesome short. Having a hard time finding it online though.

Yeah, I couldn't find it anywhere either. NBC must crack the whip on that stuff.

Ben Stiller, but Jim Carrey scores major points for crank calling the CoS Celebrity Center with Nicholas Cage, dangling his money and fame in front of them.

It also introduced the world to the insufferable cockgoblin known as Andy Dick. Neutralizes any Mr Show gains.

I bought the Ben Stiller show DVDs because of Cross and Odenkirk and was underwhelmed. Probably because Ben Stiller was in it.

Andy Dick notwithstanding, The Ben Stiller Show has some hilarious moments and some excellent writing, for example: The Last Stand of Yakov Smirnoff. Also, Stiller's Butch Patrick routine still makes me laugh just to think about it.

I give the edge to Stiller, because as a writer/director/actor, when he's on - Zoolander, Tropic Thunder, The Ben Stiller Show - he's fucking funny.

Still, Carrey is hilarious at times. As dated as they are, some of his work on In Living Color still cracks me up, like his impression of Jerry Lewis hosting a Jheri Curl telethon.

Good Thunderdome. This was kind of a tough choice.

Can we get some three-way shitdome action with Sandler on this? I can't decide least worst here.

I couldn't do that one, I only find Sandler tolerable when NOT doing comedy. Probably just that one film, actually.

Can't vote. I've never seen a movie with either of them in it.

Wish I could say that about Adam Sandler.

Joan Rivers did a crap/not crap-style summary judgement of various peers in her documentary and she dismissed Stiller as 'Lucky.' I can't say I disagree, but I've seen Ben Stiller movies that I'd watch a second time, which is more than I can say for Carrey. Carrey's 'Punch Drunk Love' is Eternal Sunshine, and it's shite. He's awful in it, and Gondry and Kaufman's sensibilities are cancer. These men will stay here: Kietel, Jodl, Krebs and Burgdorf. Das war ein Befehl!
