Also Creston's got a Patreon going:

Was a pleasure listening to that interview. So happy he's creating new stuff.

Have been on a HM kick after listening to that podcast interview a while back. Really enjoying his Patreon page as well - honestly, I'm just happy to throw that guy a few bucks a month. Let's get the same setup going for Greg Sage.

Yesterday I paid too much for vinyl copies of Special Wishes and Courtesy. Under $40 each at least, but Jesus Christ.

i listened to A Small Turn of Human Kindness this afternoon and have never heard such musicality if you'll excuse the term and vulnerability from an outfit this sonically heavy. i don't own vinyl but if i did this would among the first acquisitions, dear god

An Athens oral history project at the U of Georgia has an audio interview with Creston. He talks about his interest in music starting as a percussionist (and his knowledge and appreciation of classical music) and the origins of Harvey Milk. It's about 90 minutes long and very worth your time.

Yeah.

Wonder why not Kyle though.

Some of the new riffs they've been posting online have been just killer. Even more since Tanner jumped back in.

Has Harris specifically said he's drumming? I didn't know if to read it that way, or maybe he's producing..

Spence not being involved would be a bummer. Amazing drummer, and quite the engineer too.

Thor is, mainly, a percussionist, maybe he is going to add a layer of percussion and stuff, to create a more classical feel? That feels like the direction Creston wants to go now, a fussion of Harvey Milk and even more orchestrated stuff. Can't wait to see what comes out!

So they're not doing an album with Thor but they'll release the stuff on their Patreon. Interesting.

I've totally seen him play regular drums before. Maybe he just ends up being up the aux guy a lot.

Man, I kind of want to join their Patreon and convince them to add a $25 tier where they cover a song you suggest.

Can you imagine them doing this with Creston howling the end refrains?
