So I ran into said buddy tonight who did the Filth Pig album and I asked him about said story, again. He corrected me on what Al actually said. Quote, "roll him up and throw him in the dumpster" is more correct.

Great song. Great cover art for the single, too.

Isn't that just being a horrible human being? What's so heavy about that? A heavy liability for the people who have to be around him, I suppose.

I think he may have had a stroke at some point, it's sad to see, there's definitely something wrong with him, it's not just booze or whatever:

Al Jourgensen IS a stroke.

I hate that people are enabling this sad sack. Kicking junk is awesome, but you also need to shed all those junkie pathological lying tendencies.

Al Jourgenson? Crap. I think I've said this before.

But Twitch, Land of Rape and Honey (ugh), The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste (ugh, less so but ugh) and to some degree, Psalm 69 are fucking gold. Too bad they let Al name the albums, but there are almost back to back solid tunes on all of those.

The Paul Barker albums. Featuring, also, other excellent folks. Bill fucking Rieflin. Mike Scaccia!!!! That would be great if they were playing on a fucking Oasis record. Ministry, not crap, massive waffle factors for the weak synth pop and current trash.

I'm only familiar with Psalm 69 and a few other songs, but the In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up Live album rules.
- "Whatever happened to that album?"
- "I broke it, remember? I threw it against the wall, and it like, shattered."

That's it, I think...Twitch, Land, Mind, In Case and Psalm 69. A really great run perfect for its time.

I tried watching the documentary the other day and it was unbearable.

Not Crap for the five above, but the waffles become overwhelming if you look at the whole picture...shit, as a teenager the dude seemed like one of the most creative people out there to me, now it's just sad. Tainted legacy, if he even has one.

Filth Pig remains my favourite.

Over the years it became mine as well, The Mind... coming in second.
I used to play guitar for Elma and Buistra, and bass for Are You God?.

Yeah, I was kinda thinking the same thing.

I'll take the crooning and the twang guitar over whatever the hell that other shit was, any day...

[EDIT: OK, that was in reference to the one mellow jam above - now I see the other two posted on this page below it are right back to the same ol' same ol'... yawn.]
My mind, it's a terrible diskette.

So I went down some rabbit hole with his new band's videos. Horrible.

Thought the ad that popped up on this "interview" was kind of funny:
