It's a crazy world where I agree with the Blue Humour Man, but I really like this show.

Easily the best show on Fox esp. considering the not too long ago cancelation of Family Guy and Futurama.

Family Guy was never quite "cancelled", and it returns to Fox in May. There's also a DVD coming out mid December of some classic episodes:

Now to go to tivo.com to tell my TiVo to record this Arrested Development thingie....I'm intrigued!

Make sure you see more than one - it's an ongoing story-type thing and it may not hit you right away.

actually it was very cancelled...but it's made history as the first show to have been cancelled and then the network went back after the astoundingly high dvd sales...

oh, yeah...i guess i should mention Arrested Development while i'm here...which i think is CRAP...

It's a serial, you need to see first season or else you're going to miss a lot.

Yeah... so not crap. It's refreshing to see a show with great writing and acting at a time when networks are trying to save money with reality shows. At first I didn't like it, because I only saw bits and pieces of it. If you don't follow the show in sequence, or miss a lot, it doesn't make sense. So at first, I thought it was cryptic "let's try to be weird" b.s.

I rented the DVD's last week, and watching it in order without commercials is great. It's an extremely funny show, and also has some great satire about business, rich people, religion, sex, drugs, show business... you name it, it makes fun of it.

The funniest thing is Tobias' problem with being nude, and how this disease only afflicts 2 other German people. Now that's funny!

Fans of David Cross will also probably like Mr. Show, which is as funny as can be...

NOT CRAP

All the characters are flawed and funny, even "Moral Compass" Micahel Bluth/Jason Bateman who has really deserved a good role/show.

GOB is hilarious.

Unadulterated shit.

4th-rate rejected "curb your enthusiasm" scripts combined with the worst acting this side of Full House, swallowed willingly by a public so used to seeing unwatchable dreck that any show in which the characters speak in compound sentences seems like a work of cinematic art in comparison.

A friend of mine recently let me borrow the season 1 DVD set. I'm totally hooked. I cannot believe something this good has lasted for more than a single season, and on FOX!

Easily in my top-5 favorite shows of all-time, next to Freaks and Geeks (another show deserving a CRAP/NOT CRAP poll).

Did anyone watch this the other night?

It was fucking horrible. I honestly thought that narrator was going to mention how terrible the episode was.

I loved seasons 1 and 2, but it's looking pretty awful now. So sad, so sad...

All I've seen is Season 1, waiting for Season 2 DVDs and avoiding Season 3 so far. But, based on Season 1, absolute NOT CRAP. Easily the best show on TV since Seinfeld.

Yeah, last night's (second episode of season 3). Fucking horrible. Last week's, the premiere, wasn't bad though.
