It was a great loss for the Lakers, like they got stumped all over by The Spurs. Now, they'll maybe shut up with the talks that Lakers don't need Bryant anymore. REALLY? You don't need the second best guard in the history of the nba??? REALLY??? You are better off???

So yeah, Lakers are in a good position right now. The West is wide open in my book.

I'm not so high on OKC like all the others. They were not a good half court team last playoffs. That's why they lost and that's why I'm giving the upper hand to SA or LA.

It was probably the best regular season game I have aver watched. Stands neck to neck with that CHI - NYK game a couple of weeks ago.

Bulls clinch #1 seed in the east tonight. Nice that it came via a Miami loss to Boston.

Really interesting article on just how well the different Bulls' lineups have been performing this year:

Can't wait for playoffs.

These playoffs are going to be great & can't come soon enough.
Lakers clinched 3rd & the Pacific Division.
Artest is out 7 games. That hurts.

Man - he got off light. I expected at least 10 games. Someone on ESPN made the observation that timing-wise, there's a chance that he could return right in time for their series against Oklahoma. Harden is still not cleared to play - if it turns out being something more than a mile concussion this will look like a slap on the wrist.

I think, all things considered, seven games is appropriate. However, if Harden is out longer, and I'm commissioner, I extend the suspension.

Oh yeah, also, fuck Miami. It takes a team of assholes to make me root for Boston.

Fuck Miami.
Fuck Miami.
Fuck Miami.

It was 13:10 something beginning 2nd Q. With Battier having the majority of Heats points. Fuckin' funny.

- If the Knicks beat the Bobcats, they will be the seventh seed and play the Heat in the first round.

- If the Knicks lose to the Bobcats and the Sixers lose to the Pistons, the Knicks will be the seventh seed and play the Heat in the first round.

- If the Knicks lose to the Bobcats and the Sixers beat the Pistons, the Knicks will be the eighth seed and play the Bulls in the first round.

So happy for Novak. I was a big fan when he was here in Houston, just didn't work out. He was always a great shooter, he just couldn't do anything else. Nice to see he can finally play some defense.

well, defense is all about the effort. it really is. yeah, it's about footwork, but all pro guys have pretty much quick feet and all that. it boils down on effort in the end.
