Off of eBay I got:
- an original, VG+ copy of The Clean's In-A-Live EP (which I'd been trying to find for several months despite it never popping up anywhere)
and
- Spare Snare's sophomore album, Westfield Lane (the CD of which I got for $7 postpaid)
It sure is lovely when cool records I want aren't heavily sought after.

That Aphex Twin RI is on 1972. I know because I bought it this weekend. Curious about the sound quality, haven't had a chance to listen yet.
Also INXS' Kick which sounds fantastic.

Thanks. Did some googling, and it's based on the US CD version, which omits two tracks (as opposed to the UK CD version, which omits one track) as compared to the original vinyl version. Pity.

the JP record fair was this past Sunday and there were quite a few finds. I only walked away with these four LPs:
Cheap Trick - In Color
Cheap Trick - At Budokan
R.E.M. - Document
R.E.M. - Green
Also went to Armageddon in Cambridge for the first time, picked up that reissue of Branca's The Ascension on white vinyl and The World of Harry Partch for dirt cheap.

Had a $25 Amazon gift card so I picked up Iron Maiden's "Powerslave" and Naked Raygun's "All Rise" on CD.

Simon Finn ~
Pass The Distance '08 RE LP at Weirdo Records in Boston the other week. (Wow. What a spot btw...)
And
Jefre Cantu-Ledesma ~ Shining Skull Breath 2nd hand (!) yesterday which was fairly shocking to see... Much more interesting, to me, than the newest one on Type.
edit: forgot one/typo.

I have this. It's been a while since it listened to it, but I remember it being some damn hot guitar playing!
