Suishou No Fune & Thunderbolt Pagoda Milwaukee 6/12

Postby zom-zom on Tue Apr 24, 2012 12:18 pm

Early June, our friends Suishou No Fune are coming from Japan, we have a show here, one in Duluth probably at the planetarium and are checking into the possibility of doing something in either Milwaukee or Madison.

Any ideas?

in Madison, get a hold of forum member "Rog", as he books/promotes over there, and is an awesome dude. If he can't set you up, he'll probably know of a place that could.

in Milwaukee, get a hold of forum member "stackmatic" for leads on the Circle A, and maybe try either Cactus Club or Riverwest Commons (might have a slightly different name now) if stack can't get you something.
kerble is right.

Do you have a firm date and venue for Minneapolis? I'll be wanting to put this on my "to-do" list if possible...

I second the Rog suggestion. It might tough doing it yourself in that small window of time.

If you're interested in playing South Bend, feel free to PM me. It's not a huge market, but shows here are usually pretty fun.

Only interested in Milwaukee or Madison, and not all that hot on either one, only if it's convenient. We would have to take the van plus a couple of cars.

So we're playing at The Sugar Maple this coming Wednesday.

If you're so inclined, stop on in. I understand it's very tiny. I don't know. I don't care, should be fun no matter.

Also, we're playing here in Minneapolis on Monday, at the University of Minnesota-Duluth on Tuesday (In the Planetarium!).
