This is amazing.

There should be a low slung guitar around the waist and a hat. Then it would be perfect!
There's no reason
To feel all the hard times
To lay down the hard lines
It's absolutely true

Ha! Slutty Steve Albini lol.

It's the opposite of sexy, but I've always wanted to dress up as Immanuel Kant or someone like that. I could ask people if they think the concept of Halloween is something we have acquired from our experience of the world a posteriori, or if they think it was hard-wired into our minds a priori, making its existence an inevitability. Ask really esoteric questions about the nature of candy and such. Or go as Socrates and ask everyone questions that lead to the discovery of their own ignorance lol. Or go as Hegel and discuss the phenomenological evolution of Halloween that has brought it to the current conception of it in the collective consciousness. Or go as Kierkegaard and brood in the corner, every once in a while shouting out to the kids that come by, "can't you see that you only want candy because you are in despair!?"(if they run away crying I'll yell from the door, "that's the idea! you mustn't hide from the anxiety of being!")

I never end up going as anyone though. Maybe cause I don't know how to dress up as anyone I'd have fun being lol.

Socrates is a snap, surely. You just need a bedsheet and a Santa beard.

Yeah, that's true actually. Maybe I can get something together yet. I have a girlfriend this year so I might end up dressing up for a change. See if I can get a Santa beard haha.
