what number do you grind at? i've been doing all right at 13...

yum... this seems to be the trick? i tried grinding at 8 before, but i tamped it down hard... it's still coming out a little foamy?? i'm just getting weird about this because i had a espresso from intelingincia on broadway the other day and THAT is what i'm always shooting for... but, they have a $10,000 machine... whatta gonna do?
i'm trying to get that neve and nice live room sound at home!!
