In the list of multi effects at EA, which are the most used as slapechos for vocals and guitars ?

Not sure about others.

For me, depends on the kinda thing I want. For clean, uncolored ADT or slap I'd use the PCM41 or the Eventide EA Delay.

For colorful, kinda broken up delay I'd use the Yamaha E1010 in Studio A, or you can spend hours rabbit holing with the H3000. But more often, I'm admittedly grabbing the Soundtoys Echoboy plugin because it has enough "flavors" to get pretty much whatever I want, and I know it really well.

I use the Eventide EA delay generally, it's super quick to set up with a tap-tempo feature and quick scrolling otherwise. I have used everything Taytay mentioned above and occasionally a tape machine for proper tape-slap, though that's rare.

Yes, echoboy is great when using à Daw. I heard that you never uses feedback on your delays. Just one repeat. I was surprised. If you have an idea about hardware that was not specially designed for EA, and for a resonnable price you are welcome.
