I've got my tickets to the LA show. Super excited for this!

So much low end that I couldn't really hear the guitar solos. That is to say, they were fantastic.

Say what you will, but this is definitely a new High on Fire track, no two ways about it.

Meh, I heard they hired Cher as a voice coach, and they had to get Max Weinberg in to record the drum fills, And Dave Navarro wrote all the solos, and that they all get their hair and nails done by a finalist from Drag Race.

O boy o boy o boy.

Didn't know there was new stuff.

Makes me happy that they're just as good and true as ever. HoF = youth supercharged by decades of weed, weed, booze, and depression.

And playing music.

Just got the double live album. Sober Pike's lead on "Dii" gets a little Neil Young-y.

I was never by into their records but I saw them at the Do Division festival tonight and it was amazing. Street fairs are usually complete bullshit so that was impressive. I'll have to give their recorded output another listen.

Blessed Black Wings (the one recorded by FM Steve) is my favorite. It sounds the best, the songs are great and Joe Preston plays bass. The usual, took a few listens, etc.

Also still my favorite though I wouldn't say it's the most immediately accessible.

If I had a beer gut as majestic as Pike, I'd be shirtless at all times.

From the looks of the band's Facebook page, it will be early 2015. Maybe it was a miscommunication?

"Winter" in the bay area usually means Jan/Feb, so that's what I'd assume.
