Get the discography 2xCD from Relapse, it has everything on it, including their post-Horrified 7" (nowhere near as good as the album, though) and a few demos, one of which is excellent.

This band IS fucking grindcore.

Horrified is one of my favorite albums ever.

Since my teenager years, one of my favourite groups. There is some really good songwriting under all the blast-beat, and the lyrics are fucking funny.

I can't believe I've been on here this long and never put in my resounding NOT CRAP.

I have loved this band since my tape trader days. That was even before they had an official release out (no label would TOUCH their stuff before the guys from Carcass released the "Horrified" LP).

One of my happiest live experiences was getting to see their first post-90's reunion show with the original line-up. They were totally great.

Super nice guys too.

Awesome.

Repulsion are kind of like the Ramones of grindcore for me: they hit a few of the same pleasure centers for mindless lunatic joy that the Ramones hit for me, and that's one of the highest compliments I can pay any band. I'm not sure what it is - maybe it's the sloppiness? The catchiness? The fucking maniacal and exhilarating energy? Scott's hilarious voice and incredible bass playing? - but they make me happy in a way that most metal bands never have. It's not about anything other than rocking harder than a train wreck and shouting summaries of Grade-Z horror movies on top, and that's what makes it brilliant.
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.

In the someday, what's that sound.
