I'm getting pretty serious about this solo live noise/drone thing I do. I've played a couple shows and am looking to start doing it more often.

Here's a short piece I recorded yesterday:

I just made a bandcamp page as a sort of index to all the stuff I play in that's scattered around the site, there goes:

http://bernardopacheco.bandcamp.com/

Also, for the people who enjoyed the vibraphone / bass / drums trio record, there's a new one about to come out, and one waiting to be mixed.

Here's a track from the Mister Dude record that Richy and I have been talking about for the last couple of years. There's a whole album ready to roll that we're going to put out soon as we get the physical version sorted.

It's not going to change the world or anything, but it sounds pretty good with a joint and a six pack.

A friend did an ambient recording of the latest show by the collaboration between Vermes do Limbo and me, it's raw sounding but we enjoyed it enough to make it available:

Brand new to this thread, has anyone compiled a list of what's already been posted? I'd like to make a contribution to the thread by reviewing some tracks before posting my own

Radiant Republic of Texas and the Brian Pennington solo record, Alto!, Cinder Cone, Police Teeth and some of Seby's improv things are the first that come to mind.

Here is a live recording of a gig from last night. I put a shotgun mic on the street outside the venue and fed the audio into the PA. The street sounds were one half of the duo, with me on guitar being the other half. I had never played pure improv in front of a crowd before, so this was both fun and nerve wracking in equal amounts.

Heh, there you go, I actually do an occasional project called "and others" which is always me, at least one more player and the sound of a mic hidden outside the venue that we manipulate into the performance as the "other" member.

The second Dentaduro record is now online, recorded live to four tracks in a bookstore:

Chuffed! Seriously

Stick up some "and others" : )

Auf...there is so much good stuff on here that I am not even sure that I could list it all. Humm...Bernardo's stuff obviously (getting into Loplop as I type this), FM projectMalamute's spontaneous things are hypnotically groovy, FM Boombats comes out of nowhere with some seriously great stuff.... I really do need to dive back though a tonne of pages here. I have been too busy of late!

My band Red Stuff just released a new LP. It's officially out Friday, but it put it up on Bandcamp early. Some of this material is brand new and some we've been working on for years. As we celebrate our 10th year, it feels particularly good to get this one out. I recorded and mixed everything at home, on tape, on a Tascam 488mkII, FM Kris Poulin mastered and Carl Saff cut the lacquers. Pressed at Gotta Groove.

Releasing an LP in Early May. "Noise pop" aka I bought a bunch of synths/drum machines from my first job and layered them over skronk guitars. https://stella.bandcamp.com/

We enjoyed the results enough that we repeated the experience two days later.

This was our goodbye 2017 track, done december 30th, we came in the studio with a bare concept for the chorus and it was online less than two hours later:

http://fabricadesonhos.bandcamp.com/track/pomba-lixero

This is our welcome 2018 song, done january 1st, we didn't have anything going in for this one. The plan was to do something krautrock-y, but we were listening to Chrome right before we went in, so this is what came out:

http://fabricadesonhos.bandcamp.com/track/melissa

We just did a new one today four hours between entering the studio and the track being in bandcamp, the drummer came up with the chord sequence and melody yesterday and we learned it right before recording:

http://fabricadesonhos.bandcamp.com/track/skydivers

And yet another one:

http://fabricadesonhos.bandcamp.com/tra ... -gema-mole

And one more, longer interval between tracks this time, I'm on bass, we came in with the lyrics and general concept for this one, and this is what we were able to come up with, including a Jorge Ben citation in the middle:

http://fabricadesonhos.bandcamp.com/alb ... ele-single

We linked to all of them from the project's main page:

Not to hog the thread further, but there's a lot going on at the moment. I did musical direction and helped compose the soundtrack to a dance thing an old friend did with her company, there was a number of musicians involved, I don't play on all of it, but I do play on this part, I'll probably make the rest of it available soon:

There's stuff that's totally different from this, such as solo vibraphone and acoustic guitar pieces, some music from the first Dentaduro record and a lot more.
