My current go-to. Great flavour and not too harsh on the guts :)

I have the Serrano one in my fridge right now (3rd bottle). It's definitely delicious!

Nice, I've been planning on picking up a bottle of another flavor (I think they have about five main ones)... looks like I'll be going with Serrano.

Anybody here have an opinion of Matouk's? Had some of their salsa picante on my occasional hearty breakfast of black beans and scrambled eggs this morning and it went over well. Pretty good for something the local Publix stocks, but I'm wondering what hot sauce aficionados would think. It was hot enough to make me break a bit of a sweat. HotSauce.com gives it 3 out 5 on their heat scale. Don't know the exact Scoville level.

I got some Scorpion from here:

https://www.southdevonchillifarm.co.uk/ ... -products/

And it was pointlessly hot, unusable really, but lots of their hot sauces are incredible.

I find Tabasco to be the most versatile. Basically my idea of ketchup.

With Mexican I like to add fresh green salsa and then a drop of Valentina to each bite

Best I ever had was from Trinidad... a friend brought it back as a gift. Can't recall the brand, unfortunately.

Also once got some Ghost Pepper Jelly from a crazy vendor at the farmer's market... absolutely brutal on the heat scale, but quite addicting once you got going with it.

My corner store started carrying Cosecha P'urhepecha habanero hot sauce, which is absolutely goddamn legit. Very good.

Chichen Itza in LA bottles their own habanero salsa, which is also two thumbs up.
Is you crazy baby, I gots to grind

Frank's Red Hot original is like this for me. Tabasco a close second.

For most things either Valentina or El Yucateco Black Label Reserve. For things those don't work on, Sriracha.
