Picking which of the amazing women in Blade Runner 2049 I am the most attracted to is probably too big of a task for my little head, but I just want to say I couldn't take my eyes of Carla Juri. Plus, can you not love that hair? I can't.

Check 'em out. Direct comparison.

Although, there is also Jacques Pepin's take:

One is not better than the other. It is just a different technique, an different taste, a different look that you have in it.

It's not like we are put in the position of having to make these decisions in real life so much.

What about fictional characters?

I was seven or eíght. I fell in love.

And her name is Loella. It's like the twinkling of heavenly bells.

The name of the book is Pappa Pellerin's Daughter (yes, two P's, don't ask me why, but go pick it up, it's great).

After watching these vids I checked out Is Your Love Big Enough? -- her first album I think. I really like it! She's lovely.

I walked past a television the other night and Dancing With The Stars was on. Some dude named Chris Mazdzer was dancing a salsa and then he ripped off his shirt. I was palsied. Chris Mazdzer drives a luge. "Luge" sounds vaguely ejaculatory. To wit: I luged all over the television after watching Chris Mazdzer rip off his shirt while salsaing with that chick.

Last Saturday night I saw someone named Kasey Musgraves on SNL.
Now I've never heard of her or have any interest in contemporary country pop style music. But my impressions from the first moment went--1. Those pants are amazing.2. Wow , they organized the colors of her backup band (outfits and instruments ) around her pants.
3. She's beautiful. 4- Her voice is amazing. Flows like the tide without any gratuitous flourishes.
And then I sort of melted. I've listened to " Space Cowboy" and Slow Burn" and had shivers repeatedly . Whatever pop algorithm they put her through worked and hit my sentimentality bone. She sells authenticity pretty well and her voice beautifully matches her personage. I'm smitten.

Her scenes in Blade Runner 2049, particularly the first one, were my favorite moviegoing moments of last year. She was just wonderful with so little screen time.

Why does she have to be on the other side of the planet? It's going to be years before I can afford a flight out there to go and properly stalk her.

Apologies for linking to uber-dolt Joe Rogan, but this with Cat Zingano is the sexiest thing I've seen in some time - both the subject and her content.

That's awesome. Yeah I would totally get on board with that. She's got shoulders but no issues with that when it's all woman the way she is.

I can understand why Rogan is a dolt to a lot of people, but I still really like the dude. It's because I can read him like a book and still relate, and laugh pretty hard too at his reactions.

ie "who gets the bone".. god that's hot. And not even in the conventional way it sounds like.

You, sir, have taste.

Rogan is such an idiot it's not even funny, but he's a handy tool insofar as learning about guests he talks to now and then, and being able to refine your views on them. He's a moronic weathervane in that regard.

Back to crushes, I am also crushing over that annoyed cheesecake mother.

In my defense I've only listened/watched a few of his shows. Single digits few. But I can pretty much agree.

That woman's on fire. XD. A good sign..

Must be something in the air this week - an unprecedented volume of crushing.
