The subject heading says it all.

I had my pedal-board stolen after a gig on Saturday night. And, sadly, my "always on" Rusty Box ended up being taken along with it.

With gigs coming up at the end of the month, I'm desperately looking for a replacement.

Does anyone in this parish have a Rusty Box for sale with a UK or Euro adaptor? I've got cash waiting.

Thanks in advance. You will be rewarded with karma credit, respect from me and a festive glow for any help you can provide on this front.

Dammit. Hopefully, Krampus will straighten this out in short order and you will have it back.

Cheers thirty, hopefully it'll show up - there can't be many of these floating around the uk, and it's quite distinctive in appearance. I fucking hate people sometimes.

TNT delivery man left it outside of someone's house on the doorstep 'because it was a nice area', this was without any instruction to do so, and without even putting a note through the door. It's stressing me out somewhat. Town in Matlock.

Correct. I've asked the guy who was supposed to recieve it to register it as stolen with the local police, whether he has or not I'm not sure.

Got home super late last night. Didn't feel like loading anything in. You know where this is going.

This morning, Nikki gave me the bad news: Someone got in my car.

Taken: one GPS and my Traynor YBA-1:

Hurts. A really tiring and exhausted kind of hurt.

Oh no!! I've certainly left those in my car for a few hours, you'd think they'd be discreet enough. :(

Not really. I wired it w a ground plug. That's about it. Going through the process of getting serial numbers and photos now.

Turns out the electrical door lock on my car is broken so I probably heard it click and it didn't actually lock. Either that or it was damaged when the thief made their entry.

Like others on this board, I haunt the Chicago instrument shops and craigslist. With photos and a serial number, I'll keep an eye out.

Sorry to hear this rotten news.

I have a 60's YBA-1 y'all are welcome to use to keep going until you can find a reasonably priced backup if you don't already have one. Just shoot me a PM. it'll need some amount of work like caps or tubes or whatever, I haven't fired it up in probably 5 years. I'm more than happy to get it into proper shape for you guys. Sorry. Youze guys.

Looks like replacement knobs, no Traynor badge on the front, and replacement grill cloth. That's the older style cabinet (up to about '69) as well. Should be fairly easy to identify if it's found.

Sucks dude. Sorry about that.

Dude, that's SUPER generous, thank you.

So I have a few other amps I can use as I'm a bit of a hoarder. So while it's still a huge bummer, it's not a crucial need for us. Seriously that's really kind of you to offer so thanks again.
