Just a heads-up that our LP is now available on vinyl.

You can order it here.

In one international playboy's opinion, this was "the most exhilarating debut album" of 2012. Now in mid-2013, you can spin it on your turntable, just in time for the vinyl bubble.

Everyone who participated in the remix thing we did a while back, please send me a PM with your address.

Yet another underground venue I've never heard of in this fine city. Sounds like a good time - see you there.

It's an old church in West Oakland converted to a performance space. They kept the church's name. Nice venue.

Records have been shipped out to everyone who ordered one, as well as all remix participants who have responded.

As an aside: For me personally this record is a culmination of 30+ years of guitar playing. The handful of folks interested are getting my entire deal, pretty much, when they hear this thing.

The LP rips.

I was blasting it the other night while my buddy and I were having some drinks. Dude was way into it, and for good reason.

The artwork is really fucking cool too.

This album kills. I played 'HFFL' from my iPhone at a pub in Shoreditch when Satomi was DJing and at least ten people asked who it was.

As great as this looks, it's even more of a stunner in person.

And that's not even addressing the music, which I'll be listening to for quite some time. It has layers, people.

I held off listening to ALTO! since I wanted to hear/see them live first and I knew they'd be coming down to San Francisco soon. They absolutely killed it at the Hemlock last night...intense hypnotic rhythms with guitar weaving in and out, alternating between sparsely melodic and crushing distortion throughout. It sounded phenomenal. The Boz Scaggs cover of "Lowdown" was a little weird but maybe that's just me (never been a big Boz fan myself). Enjoying the LP with coffee this morning. Check this band out folks, it's great stuff.

I'm just glad David Sanborn was able to fly in on such short notice to do the horn parts.

Portland to L.A. and back in a week is a tough one. For an L.A. show to be worth making the drive all that way down, we would have needed to make a certain amount of money from the show that we would not have made.

Sorry, L.A. dudes.

Anyway - tour is over, thanks everyone, I still have copies of the LP if you want to buy one, cheers.
