Hey, the Napalm Death cover of 'To Go Off And Things' (previously available as part of the AmRep limited edition Melvins split 12" series) is now available to download from Bandcamp. Proceeds go towards the ongoing costs of Tim Smith's stroke rehab.

Here's Timmy. Look at that gleam in his lovely eyes!

It's a Westone Thunder, repainted green either by Tim or a pal.

The Garage live albuls have been re-released as a nice Digipak for your delectation. While purchasing this as loyalty demands I also noticed that the Cardiacs store has quietly been restocked and now contains the previously ultra-rare CDs 'Pony' by Spratleys Japs and 'Mr & Mrs Smith & Mr Drake', in case anyone was looking. Pretty much made my year, that did.

There's also a LOVELY 'on land and in the sea' shirt, and the William D Drake album for your consideration. Also imminent arrival of a double LP re-issue of 'Sing To God' :D :D :D

and

phpBB [media]

Have brought me great joy this year.

(the latter features FM jlarcombe on keyboards and vocals and FM stuffy on drums. So wonderful!)

There's a new W.D. Drake record in the pipeline!

I love William D Drake. I have 3 of his CDs but hadn't seen that video. Thanks!

Did you get the remastered Mares Nest DVD? Is it worth getting? I have never seen it any version on it.

After years of relative secrecy the Alphabet Business Concern have seen fit to release some more information about Tim's illness and subsequent (slow) recovery.
You can find it here, along with an opportunity to donate towards the cost of his ongoing care, if you're so inclined.

Also, I finally got hold of this:

I did, and it's pretty good.
However, this is better...

Some Fairytales From The Rotten Shed (aka the Garage Rehearsals)

It seems the shop at cardiacs.net is temporarily closed but I recommend getting hold of this as a matter of urgency.

Jesus, I had no idea that it was this debilitating; I knew he'd had a heart attack and just assumed he was weak/unwell. Heartbreaking.
Sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti.
