if you hate the Joy Division..it means that your music taste are not so good...you can't love them...ok...
but hate...beh it's a bit too much

whatever

I just think that hate this band is not normal...the JD has been unique...
they were original...with a new sound that no one is ever arrived to touch....ok you are free to hate them...but it's without any sense...
...also if you can't reconize their amazing talent...you are blind...no doubt

Not being able to sing and moving around jerkily on stage in front of synth sounds is amazing talent? Man, I MUST be blind!

Besides, I like, uh, TWO of their songs! That's gotta count for something!
Not a lot, though, it's true.
I'll shut up now 'fore I get lynched...

Yes it's true Crtis used to do that sort of chicken dance that wasn't so cool to watch...but he also has a serious desease...more than once he has got an attack on the stage....and the chicken dane is born for this reason...he treyed to find a way to fight this awful problem....
at the end he kill himself....so we can say he lost the war...

See, when I was 16 I was listening to 'Unknown Pleasures' obsessively, trying to see what the big fuss was about, and listening to my friends go on and on about ian curtis.
Then I'd go home, give up, and turn on the Jesus Lizard or Husker Du.

I'm not saying Ian Curtis' death wasn't a tragedy, and I'm not saying that he doesn't mean a lot to people. However, he never meant a lot to me, and Joy Division's overall aesthetic is, in my opinion, unspectacular. If you like 'em, that's great - I still trust that you have taste, that you aren't blind.

I like the Husker Du...and i love the Jesus Lizard...a lot
and i can understand that maybe for you the Joy Division can be not the best band ever...i just think that hate this band is not normal
if you have a minimun experience...and i'm sure you have it...
beh you should be able to reconize , at least in part, their amazing skills....but it's not...so well...i don't know what is wrong with you

I love both those bands, but, for instance, I have a friend who can't listen to the Jesus Lizard. She doesn't "get" them like I believe I "get" them. Do I consider her blind? Nah.

In the summer, I rock a motherfucking cowgirl hat with feathers with motherfucking authority.

I will rock it at the hot dog crawl, where someone will take pics that will include me wearing it in all its awesome glory.

Oh yeah, Birthday Party.
You guys don't mind that I crash your little sausage party, right?
