A poll for this project consisting of Sarah Nixey, Luke Haines and John Moore has not been done before.

What say you? Crap? Not crap?
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.

I was sure this had been done!

The crappier, darker side of St Etienne is how I think of BBR. I want to like them, but they don't really do it for me.

Concept (including some songs): NC
Execution: C

Haven't listened to them in years but I liked England Made Me and Passionoia quite a bit. Never heard anything else.

England Made Me and The Facts of Life are wonderful. I had the latter and Now I'm a Cowboy by The Auteurs in rotation for an entire summer. Great records. Big fan of "The English Motorway System." Gorgeous song. That entire record is like a vanilla version of Ballard's Crash. Not Crap

I fell in love with The Facts of Life. Really loved it unreasonably much. Played it a ton, was probably my favorite record of whatever year it came out.

England Made Me, very very good.

The other ones not as much but that one record just kinda blotted them out. Maybe more me than them.

Not crap!
