The new record is their best since Bees, and a welcome relief after their last one (to date, the only Earth album I haven't liked).

It doesn't hurt that it's just Adrienne and Dylan and is probably their best sounding recording to date--everything is warm and clear. The guitar playing is busy relative to most other their other records, but it's still unmistakably Earth. So happy to be enjoy this on repeated listens.

I liked them better after they became Black Sabbath, honestly.

I very much like the new Earth, the last one was nonsense.

Primitive and Deadly was great.

Saw them last night, sounded phenomenal. I think I've seen Earth/solo Dylan three or four times now and this was probably my favorite. Not usually into merch but they have some really cool posters and shirts for sale too. Not to be missed.

Finally got the new one and it’s great. It’s no Primitive and Deadly but it’s right up there. Very dry and raw and in your face and menacing and awesome. Anthony is right that it’s one of their best sounding albums. It sounds like they’re in the same room with me playing live.

I really wanted to like it but the vocals just killed me. This is probably a common complaint. I'll go to bat for Earth faster than most bands, believe me.

The new one though! Like you said, menacing. I was blasting it in the car yesterday and having a grand ol' time.

Exhaltation of Larks is an absolutely solid stoner rock jam. I wish it'd go on for another 10 minutes.
