This is a former portable preamp/mixer using the famous 10468 mic input transformer (same as the 1073 and 1081) followed by a B183 amp stage.
There are 6 channels with discrete outputs, but can also be bussed to 3 separate outputs. Bus outputs are all transformer-balanced. Switchable phantom, and polarity reverse, were added for convenience.
